State of decay 3 co op mod#
In terms of connection errors, they used to be a bit of a problem, but a few months ago they patched the game and (At least for me) I do not have them at all anymore when I play with others. When it comes to joining, it is as simple as hopping in, and picking a community you wish to use.
When playing with a Host, you also both share bounty broker progress which can be helpful. Lastly, while you get influence and items mostly, you also get the benefit of leveling up your characters' stats as you play alongside the host, which can be nice. Otherwise, you can donate the rucksack to the host's base if you'd prefer. When you exit the game and load up your own, the rucksack will still be on your character's back. If you find a rucksack and the host doesn't mind, you can leave the rucksack on your back, and swap characters. When you play with the host, you can also help search areas and get loot/individual items. These can range from painkillers, bullets, a few guns, and bombs, etc. Still, you gain Influence (basically money) for playing, along with various 'multiplayer rewards'.
You cannot work on your base, personally though since you are essentially in the host's game. When you are the guest that has joined, you play as your own community members. When it comes to Co-op, the host can invite up to 3 other players to join his or her game. Originally posted by A Special Snowflake:
